CMT enjoys both continuity of key staff and Trustees as well as the diversity of approach created by newer members of staff in front line posts.
Our Trustees have a long track record of dedication and positive work on behalf of the Trust. Our senior managers are well known to many, having worked from all CMT's offices for extended periods. As founders, Margaret and Mervyn Humphreys and Joan Taylor have been associated with the Trust for a combined total of over 100 years.
